-: التنوع ضعيف في الإفطارالسعر نوعا ما يعتبر مرتفع قريب من الفنادق العالميةالنظافة ممكن تكون افضل مقارنة بالسعر ولكنها مقبولة

+: The staff!!!! They were wonderful - nothing was too much trouble. They have so much to offer, shuttle to get you to places, private tour bookings, activities, spa....... The breakfasts were lovely. Our room looked nice & was spacious & was kept clean every day by the fantastic team.

-: With hindsight, we really should have said something but didn't- but the smell in our room at times was quite disgusting. I think it was something to do with the drains. Having been to Bali before we have experienced similar before so just put up with it. On the last day the hotel provided a room for us to shower in before leaving & there was no smell there. So we were kicking ourselves for not bringing it up. But Hay, that's our bad! We'll know for next time.

+: Localização e funcionários simpáticos.

-: O cheiro a mofo e bolor nos quartos é insuportável, parece tóxico. Fiquei extremamente doente após o segundo pequeno almoço e não comemos nada fora do hotel até esse momento, pelo que, sem dúvida, há problemas com a qualidade e segurança alimentar. Apenas jantámos uma vez no hotel (na noite anterior à intoxicação alimentar) e a comida estava boa, porém o vinho estava oxidado. As zonas das piscinas poderiam estar muito mais cuidadas, e as espreguiçadeiras nunca estão limpas, pois têm sempre capas de colchão sujas e com manchas, ou são de tecido e não são lavadas com a frequência necessária. Considerando que é um hotel de 5 estrelas, o hotel fica muito aquém do esperado. Estivemos quase 3 semanas em Bali e foi, sem dúvida, o pior hotel.

+: It was very relaxing, calm atmosphere. It was not over-crowded. There was live music in the evenings which was enjoyable. We booked a massage at the spa which was amazing!

-: It was a bit difficult to get out of the area to go elsewhere as traffic builds up in the surrounding areas. There weren't much food options at the hotel itself and the kitchen closes at 11:30pm. Our flight was at night so we checked in pretty late and weren't able to get any room service.

+: We loved our stay here. It was in a convenient location where we could have days we could just wanted to stay at the resort, and days we could walk out and explore. It was our first time with a baby (1 year old) and it was so good! The staff made our baby feel like he was the centre of attention. The child care facility was also great. We didn’t get the urge to put him in until half way through our trip and for $10 an hour we just left him there an hour at a time three times in the trip and would have easily left him more as he loved it and didn’t even seem to miss us! This allowed us some ‘us time’. Also the buffet breakfast was soooo good! And options for everyone. Happy hour2-5pm each day! And three pools. We got a great room that we could walk out to the pool during our babies nap times and the monitor was easily in range. There is also a shuttle into Seminyak which was great. Best decision to stay here! The staff made our trip (especially our son’s who’s going to miss all the attention!).

-: Only thing is it would have probably been nice to have a door on the toilet which our room didn’t have.
