+: Close location to the restaurants and beach.The super comfy bed.

-: Buildings and infrastructure are very well worn! Water stopped running on three occasions, first & second time it was fixed within 15 minutes and the third time was non-existent, this happened at 3:30 in the morning and was reported numerous times to no avail after experiencing a bout of Bali belly and being unable to flush the toilet until we reported it again in the morning at 8:30. Also the hot water run out one evening and wasn’t fixed until the morning despite being reported!If you enjoy a hearty breakfast to start the day don’t expect if from here the size was very underwhelming and wouldn’t feed a 5 year old child let alone a 14 year old teenager or adult.The pool in the villa looked great during the day but a different story at night when the light was on…dead skin and hair could be seen floating and moving around…explains the Bali belly!

+: The private villas are amazing having your own pool to dip in. The rooms clean and the gardens lush

-: My doors didn't lock or shut properly and my pool pump didn't work but the staff swapped me rooms when they could

+: Villa No 18. Good location ,pretty quiet, close to everything. Villa pool good, big pool good to. Clean and functional. Hottest water in Bali, turns up very quickly. Great big bath. Set breakfast on par. Sourdough bread was good.

-: Aircon really wasn't that good. Ended up opening the door and using the aircon to push cooler outside air through the Villa. It was only a 2 stay night stay, so it didn't matter . But if you were doing a longer stay it would possibly be uncomfortable. Had to laugh. One of my fellow Australians reviewed about the renovations going on in the next Villa. Murphy's law has it that we ended up in Villa 18 which is next to Villa 19 where the works are being done. Work is conducted in civilized hours. We are early birds so it didn't bother us. But if you out partying in the barsclubs all night, you probably don't want to be woken up by that lovely sound of an angle grinder cutting through stone and tile........🤣🤣. Electrics a little wonky in bedhead. Wondering why the light was coming on and off, it was when you rocked the bedhead it tripped the wiring⚡⚡. Obviously we are still alive as we have been able to post this review.😂. Don't get a massage from the spa's in the lane to the Villa, Gg Raja. Cheap but dodgy untrained Javanese .I've got enough Balinese language together to ask "Are you Balinese". Got a lot of blank stares with that one. We had one ,AU$10, its cheap, ,but its crap.

+: PROS- Convenient location, close to shops and beach - Access to a private pool and nice big outdoor lounge area- The bedroom was clean and well maintained- We enjoyed the breakfast especially the pancakes and omelette

-: CONS- The bathroom was very aged, with stains all over the floor and in the bath. We showered with our flip flops on and couldn’t use the bath, it looked too dirty.- The private pool tiles had moss growing on them- Coffee was not included in the breakfast we paid for - we had to pay additional money for coffee. Seems odd to have to pay extra for what is standard everywhere else at breakfast.

+: Every thing was a wonderful stay will go back

+: Spacious, comfortable bed, air con in bedroom kept room nice and cool, good location and a nice private pool.

-: Shower was often cold, not unbearable as the weather was warm, but disappointing. Wifi was very slow to load.Breakfast was pathetic, very limited and small in amount and we asked for extra food but was denied.
