+: The staff is very nice and very helpful. They can arrange anything you need. Location is perfect close to the beach, waves and best restaurants.
-: Nothing. Be advised the best views have the most steps but it is still worth it. We loved the view. Amazing!

+: The view of the sea, surf and Mt Agung from our window and balcony was spectacular. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially carrying our luggage. Breakfast was delicious and I loved the french toast. The property is ideally located to D Stars boat drop off which was fun and lots of restaurants, transportation and walking. Great massages close by too.
-: The higher steps were challenging for two oldies so best to ask for a lower room if stairs are a problem :)

-: As long as you get bungalow 1, 2 or 3. As there are over 155 steps to Bungalow 8 and more for 9 and 10.
