+: I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. One of the highlights for me was the excellent Wi-Fi connectivity. Moreover, the customer service is excellent, the food is delicious.

+: The staff were exceptional, professional and friendly. I loved how they always said "welcome back"after being out for the day. The pool is large and clean. Bar staff knew I enjoyed the "healthy drink" and he always acknowledged me and had one ready at the time.
-: Every night at about 1230am a bus load of Indian people arrived and were very noisy waking me. My door got banged on a few times during the night as they didn't know where their friends were. **It would be appreciated if the Hotel Receptionists could ask them to be quiet due to their time of arrival.Construction was going on close to my room but they didn't start work until a decent hour.

+: The hotel and facilities were fantastic. Staff were extremely lovely and hospitable.
-: Pool close time is 9PM. Far too early as most guests would like enjoy a swim after their daily activities. 10-11PM would be more suitable. There were a lot of guests from a particular country (think of the most populous country in the world) that were very dirty and rude, particularly to the staff which wasn't pleasant to witness.

The WiFi was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected and productive. My room was clean and comfortable, providing a perfect sanctuary after a busy day. The pool area was a delightful retreat, and the breakfast spread was both varied and delicious. The standout feature, however, was the staff – always smiling and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bali for work or leisure.
