-: I don't understand how this hotel can be rated almost 810. We've been staying here for three days and have accumulated numerous disappointments. The hotel is empty, and I'm not just talking about the guests. For 34 of the day, it's impossible to find a staff member to address our issues. Occasionally, there's a young person on site, but although he is very kind, he doesn't understand English at all, making it very difficult to communicate with him.Since our arrival, 2 of the rooms we've booked don't have hot water, the soap dispensers don't work or are empty, and the toilet seats are old and appear dirty. None of the rooms are equipped with a fridge, so we're drinking warm water because even the fridge in the "restaurant" is padlocked. We booked two standard rooms and one superior room. In the superior room, there is a kettle, cups, and spoons but no coffee, tea, or sugar. So having this breakfast set is pointless.Upon our arrival, I saw the inside of the kitchen and wondered if it was still functional or abandoned. It's dirty, dusty, and empty... yet this is where the staff prepares breakfast. Behind the bar, I saw the young staff member washing dishes without dish soap or a sponge, just with water and his fingers...Of course, since the young man doesn't speak English, there are always errors when ordering breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, you'll only get one juice, one coffee, and two pancakes (or toast), and it'll be the same thing every day. On the first day, they brought us expired milk for our coffee. The blended fruits for the juice have been the same since our arrival. They've been pre-cut and stored in the fridge since before we arrived. I haven't seen them make the pancake batter, so I imagine it's not freshly made either...Finally, the wifi is very poor everywhere, though that doesn't bother us much, fortunately.
