+: Very thoughtful. A welcome drink and cake upon arrival. On the room table was a welcome letter personally and actually signed by the GM. Bathrobes provided, water provided. Very spacious. The door can slam a little bit loudly so it woke me up, but you tend to wake up earlier in Bali. All the staff were very polite, proactive and friendly. Option to pay for breakfast fo 13k (if I remembered correctly). Did not have breakfast so cannot comment. Location was good, slightly on the edge of the busy area so I avoided traffic jams. Closer to most cooking classes too.
-: Noise can be heard from outside of the hotel, neighbours playing music around 10pm.

+: It was very clean and staff were attentive. I had a blocked shower and it was fixed in no time.

+: Location - very close to ubud palace. Cleanliness was good. The room was small but in line with the price charged.
-: Staff was not very helpful or polite. Luckily we did not opt for the breakfast.

+: Staff were very nice and helpful, our toilet flush malfunctioned a few hours after we checked in, but the plumber came right away to help and it went back to normal. The room was clean and had everything we wanted. The hotel provides clean water dispensers which is top notch. Hotel location is excellent, it’s 15-20 mins away by scooter to everywhere cool, sometimes less.
-: It would have been best if the breakfast buffet had more international food variety. But other than that food quality was excellent.

+: Everything was amazing. I recommend it, it was a premium room with a balcony. Spacious room with a beautiful bathroom with an amazing bath inside. Comfortable beds and very clean. The staff was polite and kind. Spa, gym and traditional Balinese massage was perfect.
-: Maybe, only a view of the balcony, which is not a big deal for visiting Bali for the first time. The common swimming pool could be a little bigger.
