+: This property is amazing would recommend this place because of it’s location and it’s spacious believe me bali has conjusted hotel and villa but this one is amazing. Customer service was another good experience they are very nice and always available. They have best security system no one can enter in villa without permission.

+: Right in the heart of Seminyak - Jl. Kayu Aya - handy to bars, restaurants, shopping, mini marts, pharmacies, etc. Very friendly and accommodating staff, including guard at the front gate. Money exchange, SIM seller, and tours "operator" on the street just at the front of the property.
-: Although generally clean (cleaners daily), the one bedroom, older, private pool villa I stayed in needed a bit of a "facelift." The bathroom tapware is very much in need of a scrub - covered in "scum." Also, a bit of a "musky" smell in the bedroom but nothing a plug-in air freshener couldn't fix.

+: Location was great with shopping and restaurants within minutes.The villa was comfortable and quiet.Staff that I interacted with were very friendly.
-: There was no information provided within the Villa about the services such as the onsite restaurant. Very steep steps into the villa compound which may not suit some people and it was certainly challenging navigating suitcases up and down these. Lighting in room and bathroom was poor. Not enough light.

+: It was in a convenient location and the staff were lovely.
-: There was absolutely no privacy you could see into other people's villas as they could also see into yours, including the pool. The adjoining room you could even hear low talking. Convenient location but can get quite noisy. Very outdated facilities which doesn't usually bother me too much but when the silicone in the bathroom is too discoloured it's kinda gross especially because the plumbing is so old you need to use the hose to assist with flushing and the boiler on the shower took 5 minutes to warm up so you can't just jump in the shower unless you want a cold one. The bed was a rock and the pillows killed my neck. Was not an enjoyable comfy stay for us. But it's not the worst. If you get it at a cheap price you can't really complain.

-: THE WHOLE PLACE IS RUNDOWN : floor board rotten in places, garden close to dead, top layer of pool with mould , outside walls also had mould , bed is old fashion still with mosquito nets, etcetera
