+: Breakfast was tasty with good amount of options and well prepared. The adjoining restaurants also have nice food offerings. The app for ordering food and beverage was great. Beautiful surroundings and huge amount of space, particularly amazing having your own large infinity pool, we really enjoyed it! Staff really friendly and helpful. Happy to take you out to main Nusa Dua beach by shuttle which was appreciated in the hot weather.

-: The wifi is very slow and unreliable, this would be an easy improvement. For instance there is a smart TV with Netflix, but due to internet connection it is effectively unusable. There doesn't appear to be a hot water regulator, beware as it is easy to receive a scalding burn if accidentally turn off cold water first. I had to put a towel under the sliding door as it is windy in Bali, and it rattled with a lot of noise overnight. The towel was an easy fix - but better installed doors would be a better solution!

+: Très belle villa avec piscine privée très bien équipée. Plage à 5 minutes à pieds. L’hôtel met à disposition un chauffeur si on se déplace sur Nusa Dua. Personnel très agréable et à l’écoute aussi bien à la réception qu’au restaurant Très bon restaurant et petit déjeuner exceptionnel

+: Everything was perfect! A beautiful spacious villa with bath, shower and outdoor shower. A large garden with covered lounging sofa and deck chairs. A huge private pool. An a la carte breakfast with many choices. Also, lots of healthy choices. Butler service 247 through a convenient app and private drivers to take you anywhere within Nusa Dua and pick you up again free of charge. Free access to an upscale beach club with beautiful beach and multiple pools. The hotel restaurant is also excellent. Both Indonesian and European cuisine. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable!!! Such friendly people. You can tell the staff enjoys working there. The management is excellent, and you can see this in everything. Our compliments and thanks for a wonderful vacation!

+: La estancia desde el minuto cero fue excelente.El trato del personal no pudo ser mejor, el director del hotel era super atento y siempre estaba pendiente de todo para hacerte tu estancia mejor todavía.Las instalaciones inmejorables y nuestra villa era espectacular
