+: Odalar çok güzel, rahat ve cok büyük. Biz suit ve private pool olan odalar da konakladik cok guzeldi. kahvaltı alternatifleri çok iyi düşünülmüş, personel ilgili ve güleryüzlü ( Özellikle Deny seni çok özleyeceğiz.), havuz büyüklüğü yeterli. Akşam yemekleri tatmin edici.

+: Tesiste havalimanı karşılamadan otele , gerçekleştirilen turlardan , yemeğe , konuma ve çalışanların yardımseverliğine ve güler yüzlülüğüne kadar her şey çok iyiydi. Sabah kahvaltısı ve manzara çok iyiydi. Araç şoförlerinden Saruna ve Polo müthiş insanlar :) Otel manageri Deny ise mükemmel ötesi ve yardımsever … tabiki her tesiste sıkıntılar var ve de olmaya devam edecek ama, bu sırada yanınızda olmaları en önemlisi . Biz süit oda ve son 2 gün villa havuzda kaldık. Tabi ki doğanın full orman ve yeşillik olmasından ötürü biraz böcek ve benzeri şeyler olabiliyor ama dert edilecek kadar değil.

+: The room was comfortable, the breakfast was good, the pool was nice but the water was very cold even though the weather was hot and humid, I couldn't swim or be in the water for too long.
-: The pool water was very cold, it would have been better if it had heated or warmer pools. Couldn't enjoy my floating breakfast because the water was freezing cold.

+: Personeel was enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Goede service en schoon hotel. Ontbijt was voortreffelijk
-: Dit hotel is niet echt geschikt voor een kind van 1,5, teveel gevaren qua vallen in water of van trapjes. Wifi was matig, slecht bereik ik de kamer.

+: Tolles Resort mitten in den Reisfeldern oberhalb Ubud Center das mit dem Auto oder Scooter in 10 Minuten erreichbar ist. Riesige und schön gestaltete Anlage die natürlich alles erdenkliche anbietet. Aber das bezahlt man natürlich mit. 2 tolle Pools, Happy Hour, und ein Restaurant mit einem traumhaften Blick über die Reisfelder. Hervorragendes Frühstück und auch das Abendessen a la carte war sehr gut.Einige Zimmer liegen weit weg vom Eingang und etwas tiefer mit Dschungelblick, muss man mögen.
-: Preis ist zu hoch, es gibt für deutlich weniger genauso schöne Unterkünfte. Aber natürlich nicht mit den Facilities eines Resorts....
