+: The receptionist Betty is the best - her professionalism, follow-up, warm welcoming attitude is the reason I will keep coming back. She was helpful with any questions. Iwe come multiple times a year. She is the reason we will stay at the Hilton over the four points sheraton where I used to stay!

+: The room was clean and provided good toiletries.
-: The room was advertised as sleeping 4 adults, but there was only a small sofa bed that apparently could sleep 2 adults but could barely fit both our young children. When we got to the airport, despite booking someone in advance fo collect us, there was no one there and we had to call the hotel twice to find out where our driver was. Considering it was late at night in an unfamiliar country, this was not a pleasant experience and it cost us money. Then when we got to the hotel, they couldn’t find our booking so we has to wait a long time for them to finally find it. Again, this was very late at night with 2 young children so it was frustrating to have so many delays in getting to our room. This was a very expensive hotel so I expected much better service.
