+: The staff were very pleasant. Evans was very helpful to me from the day I checked in to check out day. Nzai made sure my dining experience was great. He personally made me the best African tea & brought it hot and fresh (I like good tea). The rooms were large with very good hot showers and amenities. Being just next to lake elementaita, the lake view from my room was refreshing. It was overall a very lovely place. I highly recommend....Good for groups, families, couples, solo travelers, etc.

-: The only thing I can think of not liking was the rough bumpy road leading to the hotel, but it's manageable though.

+: A beautiful location made even better by the welcoming staff - especially Charles who simply gouldnt do enough for us.

+: I had an amazing stay at Sentrim! The staff were amazing, the food was delicious with an amazing choice, the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing! I would absolutely recommend staying here! You will not regret it! Thank you James M, the hotel manager, Damaris, the amazing masseuse, Eric the chef, and shout out to Charles, Mary, Dominic and all the team!

+: Breakfast was excellent. A wide variety and choice of food
