+: Spacious rooms. Lush green forest.

-: Basement rooms nees to be freshened regulalrly

+: It was quiet and secure. The bar and breakfast staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was adequate for the price paid.

-: Mouldy bathroom and the smell of mould through the whole room.

+: L’hôtel dispose d’un grand jardin (très beau). Le petit déjeuner est très varié avec des plats chauds et des jus frais. Le restaurant est ouvert 24h24. La chambre est confortable et grande! L’emplacement de l’hôtel est proche des commerces et de restaurants! Le plupart du personnel était vraiment très accueillant (sauf au comptoir) et faisait de son mieux pour garantir la satisfaction des clients. Mention spéciale à l’agent de parking, toujours le sourire et les conseils!

-: L’accueil au comptoir était froid et rude. Lors de la préparation d’un événement, il y avait beaucoup de bruit à l’extérieur et dans le couloir pour le montage d’un chapiteau! Le jour de l’événement, mon taxi ne pouvait plus accéder à l’hôtel. Il a fallu le rejoindre avec les bagages à pied, mais avec l’aide de l’un des agents de l’hôtel!

+: Habitaciones amplias, cómodas. Muy buena ubicación y excelente personal.

-: Not very clean, no face towel, hand towel.Rooms extremely cold specifically the rooms in the basement. (Rm 2).For a hotel located in the middle of the forest there should be heaters. I felt like I was in Europe despite an extra blanket. Had I found another hotel for that night, I would have left at 7pm.I also had to ask for blanket 3 times from different staffs only the night lady delivered.

+: We really liked this hotel - staff was excellent, food was tasty and plentiful with a nice setting to eat in, bed was comfortable, easy to get Ubers, etc

-: The room was dated a bit with some obvious age, but that didn't really bother us. It would bother someone who wanted up-to-date (modern and no chipscracks, etc).

+: The food was great, the staff very friendly and the serene environment just perfect for a getaway.

-: The TV in the room wasn't working,The phone wasn't working so communicating was quite an uphill task.Lastly having to go to the reception for things like toothbrushes and paste that should already be in the rooms I found it quite uncomfortable.

-: Very poorly managed - staff not up to date at reception - chair broken arm - old towels with big holes - sheets teared - no safe in room although the refuse to take responsibility of valuables in writing after complaining I got a mobile safe 🙃 if I said it’s a joke they didn’t even understand - 1 night they build a huge tent in front of my room metal banging and loud talks the entire night - when I complained and asked for a refund they said they don’t do refunds but they will credit me the restaurant bill When I checked out nobody wanted to know about that and they even didn’t want to open the gate to let me go - that is crazy and so unprofessional
