+: Lovely staff! They were very accomodating and were able to answer all questions I had! Breakfast was lovely and the pool was a great amenity

-: WIFI is not available in the rooms. It would be nice if there was wifi available in the rooms. Some plugs were not working. The rooms were comfortable

+: Though the location is excellent. Huge property with beautiful garden adjacent to lake.
-: The maintenance is poor. Very less staff. Breakfast is average. We have taken lake view rooms to enjoy the night view sitting in the bank of lake but at night there was no light in the garden area and completely dark.
