+: The room was flooded upon arrival. The tv was not working. There were no tea facilities provided. No waste paper baskets. The room had not been checked prior to our arrival and the rubbish on the beach was raked up and buried on the beach. Not disposed of correctly. I took a video of this.

+: Wij zijn uit eindelijk weg gegaan bij dit hotel omdat wij ons niet comfortabel voelde om hier te slapen.Het was niet schoon en er was schimmel in de bedden.Ook kon de deur niet gesloten worden.Het personeel was aardig en proberen wel alles te doen om het toch naar ons zin te maken, maar toen besloten wij toch een andere slaap plek te zoeken

+: Location was good because this property is on the beachfront
-: We got a bad experience, we went out for dinner and when we return the hotel door we're locked with chains and we could not get into the hotel, we call the phone posted outside the hotel and told the person we were locked out, we waited for an hour for the receptionist finally came to open the door for us. This is really unacceptable, she knew we were going to another restaurant down the road because we wanted to eat a full fish, she was the one who suggested the restaurant and then she locked us out the hotel. I have travel to many places and this never happen to us before. Wow very frustrating. This should never happen!

+: Property is beach front and center to every good night bars in the area.
-: We stayed for 2 nights l. But didn’t offer housekeeping or even change the towels. The property does not take card payments. I had to withdraw and gave it to them in cash. After we checked out they cancelled our booking as no show. But it’s not true.

+: La ubicación frente a la playa, aunque no era playa de bañarte, si cerca, para ir andando a ver las tortugas
-: En la primera habitación que nos dieron, estaba en planta baja, salías y estaba el rest y la playa, pero olía a humedad que era inaguantable y había 2 cucarachas. Nos la cambiaron a una del 2 piso, olía mejor, más limpia y sin animalitos. No nos gustó el lugar.
