-: My family and I recently stayed at Chaarya Resort in Yala, and we were extremely disappointed with our experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the resort was not focused on guest satisfaction. Staff and Service: The staff at the resort were unfriendly and unhelpful. Basic requests were either ignored or met with reluctance. We felt that our presence was more of an inconvenience than anything else. The service was consistently terrible throughout our stay, lacking the professionalism and warmth expected from a resort of this caliber. Money-Minded Attitude: The resort seemed to prioritize finding ways to make extra money rather than ensuring guests had a comfortable stay. Every interaction felt like an opportunity for them to charge extra fees. This money-minded approach was off-putting and detracted from our overall experience. Specific Incident: One of the most disappointing aspects of our stay was the behavior of a staff member named Norman. His attitude was particularly rude and unprofessional. His behavior made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, significantly impacting our enjoyment of the stay. Norman's conduct was unacceptable and left a lasting negative impression on us. Overall Experience: The combination of unfriendly staff, poor service, and a money-first mentality made our stay at Chaarya Resort highly unsatisfactory. We expected a relaxing and enjoyable experience but instead encountered numerous issues that marred our visit. I would not recommend Chaarya Resort to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Yala. There are many other options in the area that offer better service and a more guest-focused approach.

+: No es la primera vez que nos alojamos en este Hotel. Simplemente, es el mejor de Tissa y lo elegimos siempre para nuestros viajes a esta zona. Cena y Desayuno buffet excelente. Una piscina preciosa para relajarse después de una jornada de Safari o de viaje en coche.

-: Klimaanlage kühlte fast nicht, es war sehr warm im Zimmer!Der Pool war leider sehr warm und keine Abkühlung

+: nice detail ;they prepare your bread fast for the safari. Very good alcohol prices compared to another hotels

+: Breakfast and dinner was very tasty and staff also very friendly. Fantastic location with a comfy clean room with good WiFi and great air condition, excellent value for money.
