Wakacje i ceny wakacji w hotelu Cinnamon Lakeside 5* 2024-2025 Sri Lanka, Colombo

-: there was a power shut down which start at 12 in mid night, I had a long flight next morning and I could not sleep at all, power restore at 5:30 in morning, my room was like over during that time, when I went to front desk for my check out, the man was really rude, I did not ask for any apologies for this incident , I just said you are clear to check out, really a night mare for me, I have stayed in Kingburry during all my visits to Colombo, but I did a big mistake to stay in Cinnamon lake , specially staff is really rude. I was expecting good behavior, I was staying in Executive room, but I did not get the treatment I was looking for after the power shut down incident.

-: check in time was very long, the key card needed trick to work

+: Service, location,comfort food. We had a fabulous stay! The hospitality exceeded our expectations, from the comfortable beds to the delightful ambiance. It was our wedding anniversary, and Paul, who checked us in, surprised us with a delicious cake. Anthony, who served us in the executive lounge, was very attentive. All the staff were incredibly polite, and we loved the view. This is definitely one of the best hotels in Colombo, and we’ll be coming back. Thank you so much!

-: House keeping was not upto the mark light in passage not working and towels were not clean and adequate no blower in bathrooms

+: Aamiainen oli buffet. Paljon eri vaihtoehtoja.

-: Sanoisin tämän hotellin olevan 3 tähden. Olin varannut Sviitin kattoterassilla. Minut upgradettiin huoneeseen ilman parveketta ja muita mukavuuksia. Maksoin siis enemmän perushuoneesta. Huoneesta puuttui kaikki 5 tähden hotellin ominaisuudet.. parranajo,hammasharjaa ym.. olin pettynyt.

+: Lobby ,bij de aankomst was ik wel goed ontvangen ( Sajali!!) en staf.In het algemeen personeel en security.Piano artists!Mooi uitzicht langs beide kanten

-: De kamer is oud! Badkamer oud! Het zeker zelfs geen 4* hotel laat staan 5*!Zeker te duur voor wat het is!!Natuurlijk was ik daar maar voor een nacht, dus….

+: The breakfast buffet was decent

-: The rooms were run down looking, the tv was old and lagging. The iron didn’t work. There was nothing in the minibar. The bed was not comfortable. The curtains and drapes looked dirty and cheap. The spa was closed down, we picked the hotel because it says it has a spa - we had to travel out of the hotel because of this reason. The check in was very long because they were moving to a new system, they compensated our time by ‘upgrading us’. If the room we stayed in was an upgrade I can only imagine the condition of the room we booked was in. Highly disappointing experience as a 5 star hotel. The place has not been maintained at all.
