-: Festes Frühstücksmenü, daher vom Personal zeitlich abhängig. Nach 1 Stunde war das Frühstück aufgrund der sehr langen Wartezeiten noch immer nicht beendet. Wir hatten es abgebrochen, um unseren Flug zu erreichen.

+: Sehr freundliches & hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr sauber und großzügige Räumlichkeiten. Vor allem Godfrey bekommt ein Sternchen, der unseren Aufenthalt besonders machte.

-: The hotel entrance view is extremely dull looking. For improvements, lit the place brighter, play light soothing music. The walkways to the rooms are too dark. For improvements, lit the walkway brighter One of the room cupboard doors was malfunctioning. For improvements, when a customer leaves the hotel, check the room utilities and make repairs where necessary The room lights are not bright enough. There should be at least one light with a dimmer switch to make it brighter if required There is no clock in the room. I booked the hotel through Booking.com in a rush and the check-in date was selected as 17 April instead of 17 May. Within few hours of time, I realised that I made a genuine mistake. I called the Booking.com and the Hotel to resolve the issue. The hotel said since the booking was made through Booking.com hotel cannot help. Booking.com agreed to change the dates, but they charged an additional USD 260 inclusive of tax. It is very disappointing being a member of Booking.com to receive such bad treatment.

+: ・一階の部屋だったが、テラスからすぐプールやビーチに出られて便利だった・眺めが素晴らしい、とくに日没・センスの良いインテリア・朝食が豪華（私には多すぎました）
-: ・カラスが多すぎる（ホテルのせいではないのですが）・部屋がスパの入口の真横だったので、若干人の出入りが気になった
