-: die immer wieder gestörte Privatsphäre, der Butler, der kein Wort Englisch verstanden hat, Das durch gelegene Bett, die abgewohnten Sofas. Man konnte aus einer Speisekarte auswählen, bekam aber nicht was man bestellt hat. Das Restaurant zu weit entfernt. Das Personal an der Rezeption schlecht geschult, so wie der Butler., Der eigentlich gar nicht wusste warum er da war.

+: food and the location of the property and the lovely morning walks ,Sunset and sun rise what an experience, Locals fishing off the sand and taking time to talk to the locals really brings added Value

-: I think the lighting configuration in the rooms and the Bathroom , Electrical wiring should be tidied up behind the TV. And the security for the Villa should be reassessed for the Guest security , I advice Jetwing to carry out Security Dude diligence on the property considering social and political challenges

+: I only have to sayI need not say much, I only have to say that the Butler we got this time was a great guy too. He was a great person. Keep up the great work.

+: We loved every but of what we had. The place was full of comfort and beyond the expectations. I was just loving the whole Personal Plunge Pool and the AC the HotTub. Best of everything hot cold and breeze and rain. It was amazing. Once of the Best Stays we've had.The room was amazing, well decorated and nice food and we'll kept and maintained. We all should remember it's a Beach Bunglow Villa the sandy winds and hot sun but the pool is ideal for a great time and good cold chill and walk into the room and it's already cold then get into the HotTub that makes you feel like you are treating yourself well.The Butler at the Bunglow Villa, he was the Best! He was amazing, he was a Young and responsible person, even though it's ongoing Pandemic he did his best to keep us well served and comfy and also while keeping the distance and the Privacy we deserve and expected. He was a great Hostess, well knowing about the area and the surrounding and also what we could have and enjoy while our stay and a comfortable person to speak, while saying that he was comfortable in speaking in English and also in Sinhala.There is Enough of Parking, sapcious, there is a Bigger Pool and quite a lot of space if it's about the Deluxe rooms you're looking for. But Master is the Best for some it must be a huge cost but if you can reach to this place and spend that for just one night you'll feel the comfort and that's more that what you can ask for.Also I'm sure I'm going to come back to this Place again.And also the choice of having the Butler so understanding and comfortable to and reliable is a wise decision.Thank you Jetwing for making our stay a Memorable and a Comfortable one, also Good Luck to Future Guests, hope this makes you Choose Ealisly.I would Rate it 5 stars.(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)Osura J Perera.Cheers 🥂 !!
