Set in the peaceful village of Digampathaha , Kassapa Lions Rock boasts two outdoor pool with views of the well-known Sigiriya Rock and an in-house spa centre. Air-conditioned rooms feature open-air bathrooms and private balconies. Kassapa Lions Rock Resort is 20 minutes’ drive from Dambulla, where the UNESCO heritage site of the cave temple is located. The resort provides parking and bike rental for free. Fitted with a cable TV and minibar, well-appointed rooms also have a fan and seating area. +: Außergewöhnlich umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet! Die Bungalows sind mir allem nötigen ausgestattet, Badezimmer nicht die neuesten, aber alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Bungalow-Anlage ist weitläufig schön, ruhig gelegen nahe dem Sigiriya Rock, die Mitarbeiter allesamt sehr freundlich, die beiden Pools erfrischend und sauber!

+: Only stayed here 1 night in one of their little bungalows, you will need Tuk Tuks to get to lion rock, This works out quite expensive if you need 2. Rooms were clean. Found a little frog in the toilet and lots of ants, but I guess thats what you can expect in the middle of nowhere. Pool was very nice and clean. Breakfast was sufficient. They had a room with bowls of fruit unfortunately the fruit was covered in ants, so i gave them a miss. Staff were nice although didn’t really come into contact with very many as we arrived late at night and left after breakfast. However the ones we met were all very nice.
