+: It was super clean, comfy and directly in front of the beach. They welcomed us with the best juice we had in Sri Lanka and the breakfast besides being really tasty is served at the roof top looking directly at the sea, it could not have been better.

+: The hotel owner was very service minded, and breakfast was very delightful with a mix of local and western options. The hotel was right next to the beach and many nice restaurants (recommend Surfing Wombat). The hotel room was big, nice and clean and with aircon. The best place in Mirissa. We highly recommend it.

+: its straight opposite to the beach, but to access the beach its a different way, Room are good and clean.
-: The fan in the room didn't through much air, AC was good, mosquito net could have been an optional.

+: Die Gastgeber waren super nett und sehr bemüht. Das Frühstück war sehr liebevoll zubereitet, man konnte ohne Probleme eine Nacht länger bleiben und hat auch noch Rabatt bekommen.
