+: The spacious rooms were an unexpected bonus, providing a comfortable retreat. Despite average dining, the prime location and excellent facilities, coupled with the roominess, made it a worthwhile stay.

-: Our stay at the hotel was overshadowed by a company event taking place. The group next door spent the entire day drinking right in front of their room, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere when entering ours. It's essential for the hotel management to be mindful of such events when assigning rooms to ensure a more enjoyable experience for all guests.

-: No proper food. The resort is not fully open with all the facilities.

+: Excellent staff! Every single member was very helpful and responsive. Great location. Lovely architecture and setup. Serene surrounding.

-: I visited the property under a promotion (40% off). For that amount, it is worth it. For the full price, I doubt. The kettles in the rooms were broken. And the bathroom fittings were also not in the best condition. There was a corporate event with outdoor music which pretty much killed the whole vibe of the hotel's serenity.

+: Nice staff. Nisheda, ravindu damith maduwanthi and all hotel staff give best service. Highly recommend

+: The tour we did to see the sunset was nice and the guide was helpful and nice with us.

-: First of all one of the receptionist there shout at my mom telling her that she could not stay with me in the room because I booked just for one person. I did it like that by mistake so I went to speak with her and she told me that I she had to speak with her manager to find a solution.Then I checked the prices in booking and it was the same price for one or two people. She told me that I had to pay 40$ more for my mother what I did in the end just to avoid any argument.I paid with 100$ for that and she gave me the rest of the money in their currency which I calculate to find out that she gave me 20$ less… disgusting!I told her and before I finish my sentence she started to give me more notes so it was premeditated from the very beginning. I never had such a bad stay in a hotel, I felt tricked all the time…I’m not gonna describe that girl because I have more sense of shame that her…
