-: Das Frühstück war eher indisch und chinesisch als typisch Sri Lanka. Das fanden wir etwas schade. Die Getränkepreise sind deutlich höher als in kleineren Hotels.

+: Toller Pool und eine grandiose Aussicht über Kandy. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Die Anlage bietet alles was man benötig. Das Essen war super und Abend Abend gibt es einen DJ der gute Stimmung macht.
-: Das Hotel könnte mehr auf die Hygiene in den Zimmern achten. Die Handtücher wirkten nicht mehr „frisch“ und der Geruch immer Zimmer war etwas „muffig“.Den Fitnessraum sollte man meiden - leider. Der muss dringend gereinigt und desinfiziert werden.

+: Horrible experience. Room service is very bad, at reception also horrible. I did not like anything in this hotel.
-: Lot of small mosquitos were flying over the food during break fast and dinner. Room service horrible. I wont recomend this hotel for anyone. House keeping not at all good. If we call they came after 30 - 40 minutes. Do not go to this hotel.

+: We really enjoyed the customer service. The staff were exceptional, especially Sameera, Nan Thiri Mon, Viraj and Lakmal. These are the names we know, but all staff were lovely. We did have a lovely room, one of the best in the hotel. Our best food in the hotel was the food prepared by the poolside bar.
-: The hotel does need to be freshened up. It is a little dated. The water pressure for taps and shower is low.

+: Amazing staff & hospitality. Very friendly and helpful. Amazing views, good facilities, and delicious food. Room service was also very good.
-: Some power points were very old-fashioned (circular holes) and need adapters to connect devices.
