-: Everything starting from unfriendly and non welcoming hotel and restaurant staff, not flexible at all. Morning buffet very poor, staff not saying hi, non smiling, non helping if you need coffee they make you wait for hours, and don t even come to your table, if you dare to ask to a waiter he said ask to the waiter assigned to your table but none was assigned. Overall non helping staff. You don t feel welcome. And it is not meeting expectations of a 5 stars hotel but a 2-3 stars maximum. Hotel room very dirty, lots of insects and mosquitos.

-: Unfortunately this is not 5 star hotel with all my respect and i will tell you why (my room was 1501) - bathroom facility are old and cracked. - Cat walking in the restaurant without any action by staff (attached picture for your reference) - when i checked out i saw in the bill they charged me more for extra dinner which i didn't have and their justification that it was charged by mistake (attached both bills before and after i told them. with all my respect this hotel is not 5 star at all and don't deserve it.

+: L’emplacement, la chambre vue mer avec jolie terrasse, le calme

-: Nous avons attendu notre chambre durant plus de 3h sans aucune nouvelle ni notion de délais.De plus, chambre non nettoyée durant 48h.Amabilité, organisation et bienveillance en deçà des autres hôtels de même standing sur l’île.Petit déjeuner pas exceptionnel non plus.

+: Établissement Premium, doté d’un parc arboré exceptionnelle, d’une plage immense. La restauration des différents restaurants est exceptionnelle. La chambre idéalement exposée et tout confort. Personnel au petit soin.
