+: Rivethi Beach Hotel has become my home away from home when I am in the Male Hulhumale region. The staff know me well. I love the location as all I have to do is walk across the street and dive into the waters for a late day swim. I communicate directly with the housekeeping kitchen staff in the mornings and they meet my special requests in regards to room cleaning (or not). I am grateful for the hot water! (Not all properties have that.) And I am always satisfied with the ability to communicate clearly with the front desk. They arrange taxis, verify billing, suggest restaurants, ATM locations, pharmacies - all nearby. I will return time after time.

-: - I booked a smaller room this time (104). The room is no problem, though no view. The problem for me was the air conditioning - it blew directly onto the bed pillows making it uncomfortable for sleeping. My solution was to turn it off at bedtime and let the ceiling fan run on low. This issue is not something that can be addressed as reconfiguration of the room is not possible but I mention it in case of sensitivities. - The internet continues to frustrate me as I was not able to stay connected for long periods of time without signing into the network time after time after time. Not sure what the solution can be as the hotel upgraded some technical elements but as soon as I left the keyboard for more than 10 minutes I lost network connection and could not automatically reconnect. I had to enter the user and password every singe time.

+: Ubicación muy buena. Calidad precio bien, todo el hotel muy limpio y las camas eran muy cómodas , aún que las habitaciones eran algo pequeñas en comparación con otros hoteles donde nos hemos alojado en hulhumale

-: el personal podría ser más atento. Hemos estado en otros hoteles que te subían y bajaban las maletas. Creo que al personal les falta un poco de sangre en el cuerpo. Insistimos 3 veces de que teníamos que estar en el aeropuerto a las 8. No llegamos al aeropuerto hasta las 8:30

+: Hot water in shower, water for drink, wi-fi. Convenient for spending the night before a flightisland. Helped call a taxi.

-: It seemed to me that the blanket was not fresh, but they changed it immediately after I called the reception.

+: Do esforço para revelar simpatia.

-: Do cobrança imprevista de taxa bancária.Do incumprimento da promessa de entrega de uma bolsa com o pequeno-almoço.Do carácter claustrofóbico dos quartos e de todos os espaços.

+: Comodo perchè vicino all'aeroporto.

+: Staff are very friendly and helpful

-: AC not cooling at all. I put 18F, however still wasn’t enough. Informed the person from reception, but no action and just mentioned that it’s new AC. Also on my second day of stay around 2.30 - 3 PM they start to fix something, were very loud and couldn’t sleep because of them. They should check first of they have any guest or not, only then have to start to fix something or at least have to tell the guest. One more thing that i asleep and asked reception to extend one more night, per him was fully booked, but when I checked the Booking - it’s still available, however was able to book another hotel and no regrets, because got more bigger room with good AC and was able to check in earlier than I was expected.
