+: The room was big and the bed was comfy. The bed sheets had a hole in it though.
-: The staff were so rude. The food is ok at the best of times. When we arrived we were given a room beside the kids club, with a closet with electrical wires, no lock on the door and a broken safe. The balcony was in a bush so you couldn’t go out there either. I honestly nearly started crying when I seen the room. I went out to reception and told them I wasn’t staying in that room that I wasn’t happy. They changed my room but to a room without a balcony and continued to argue with me when I said I wasn’t happy because I had paid for one. They said I paid for a standard room… which does in fact come with a balcony. It was an argument that just went in circles. Finally, they favour Mexican guests over any others. A young couple got into a disagreement with a Mexican man and the hotel took his side even though he was in the wrong. It actually lead to the American couple getting arrested. All other guests watched this it was honestly awful to watch. The Americans were teenagers and bystanders were threatened that if they tried to interfere they would be arrested too. It was honestly an awful stay. I think you should consider advertising it on booking.com at all. I’ve already wrote to customer services.

-: No information was provided about how to use the hotel amenities. We found out by asking other guests about the hotel’s restaurants reservation and activities. We found the spa and snack room when we were checking out.

-: La comida podría mejorar mucho en los bufets los primero dos días no era muy rica, a demás el restaurante de maridcos ( comida del mar) no fue bueno y el italiano pasable apenas el mexicano muy rico todo

+: O resort é menor que outros all inclusives, porem, muito bem estruturado e limpo. O atendimento é ótimo, todos os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos. O quarto é espaçoso, confortável. O hotel é bem localizado também. Tem 5 restaurantes, o de buffet tradicional (só entrar quando quiser), o snack bar, que fica aberto 24h, e os restaurantes especializados, como mexicano, italiano e de mariscos, esses precisam ser reservados, a partir das 11h do mesmo dia que quer comer em algum deles, mas é bem tranquilo, só ir em uma mesa ao lado da recepção e solicitar, é bem rápido. Fora os bares, na praia, e no lobby.O único valor que não está incluído aqui na reserva é o de taxa ambiental (embora essa informação esteja transparente no momento de reserva pelo booking), mas é bem barato.. para 6 dias deu tipo, 24 dólares no total.Super recomendo, a experiência foi ótima e com certeza voltaremos.
