+: Las instalaciones, la vista, la ubicación, en si es un excelente lugar para vacacionar

-: Que no jalo el control del aire acondicionado de la recámara principal

+: todo en absoluto, la comida las instalaciones todo estuvo de maravilla

-: el personal meseros y bartender de la piscina de niños estuvo pésima de muy mal modo te atendian en la piscina Infinity todos los de esa área súper me encanto como atendían

+: I booked a private airbnb apartment, which was wonderful

-: I didn't like that if you book a private unit you can not purchase drinks and or food from Krystal Grand unless you do the daily all inclusive rate. Out of 9 days we purchased the all inclusive two days, would have done it more but the nightly restaurants were booked out three days in advance. You had to go to the lobby each the morning at 6 am and stand in line to book a restaurant for dinner. You could not call the front desk. We only got to eat in one of the restaurants during out two days of purchasing the all inclusive plan. This has nothing to do with the condo owner as this is out of her control. I am saying this because if you purchase the all inclusive plan and aren't aware of this fact, eating at the buffet gets redundant. I had family members staying in a condo and they booked the all inclusive plan for the entire 14 day stay.

+: the location is great, the condo has an amazing view and was very spacious for our 2 couples. the kitchen was well equipped.

-: no complaints about the property. the condo could use a sunshade for the deck as it gets quite hot between 3-6pm (there is one in the living room but it would have been better on the deck. the kitchen was well equipped except the coffee maker was only for 2 cups and we had a tough time finding coffee filters…but finally did. The hot water for showers varies and so does the pressure…we had many cold showers. The condo is on the third floor which is right above the sun deck that is also used for parties and wedding with loud music…although most parties ended by 11pm, cleanup continued for a couple hours.

+: Facilities are great! Very nice view from the pools!

-: Check in process is super slow. It took me more than 1 hour to complete!!Other than than everything was great!! Very nice facilities and confortable condo!
