+: Beautiful building with a comfortable bed and room. Very nice staff and the access to the other two Arcos hotels (pools, beach chairs) was a fantastic bonus. The rooftop pool and lounge area had great views of the city. I'd definitely stay again!

+: The staff is so friendly and helpful.Elizabeth the concierge was so helpful with any of my questions made my stay very pleasant.Joel at the front desk made checking in and out extremely easy and answered all my questions.The roof top pool and snack bar was a relaxing place to unwind any time of the day.I felt extremely safe being a solo traveler.
