+: Great location and easy to find the property. Large space in our rental. Very comfortable and relaxing. Pool and hot tub were a great luxury after a full day of site seeing. Breakfast was good for having a nibble and getting going with an early start to the day.
-: The door to our private courtyard was difficult to close. We had it put a chair in front of the door to make sure it was secure.

-: El desayuno podría ser mejor, es bastante básico. Dos días la limpieza no estaba 100% bien. Tuvimos que pedir que vuelvan a limpiar la habitación y tiendan bien la cama. Además dejaron dos trapos de la limpieza en la cocina y closet.

+: Great location, near a park and all the happenings in Polanco which is a very safe, trendy and upscale area of CDMX. The apartment was large with everything in it that was promised BUT they do not provide anything for the kitchen, so you have to buy everything from salt to oil to dishwasher pods. Usually in our stays in aparthotels we had dishwasher pods and coffee provided, but here they gave nothing and only 4 nespresso pods which were never replenished. The pool was great however the hot tub never worked properly and the pool itself was pretty cold. No towels pool side were replenished only used ones laying around. Rooms were big but showers were not very good with pressure or temp regulation. Tub option had doors opening inside so maneuvering with a toddler was very hard and it was super slippery.
-: We expected more for our money here, but service from front desk that never followed up on our requests to cleaners that did not do their job well was very lacking. It felt like we were more of a nuisance and not paid guests. Honestly, only the doormen were on point. They need to put more attention to detail: change nespresso pods, clean the rooms (one carpet had some crumbs on it the whole time we were there), have a working hot tub, have towels ready, give more than one bathrobe when you have 3 people staying, provide slippers, have people in breakfast room smile and fix the coffee machine etc.
