+: Lots of pool options, plenty of tables in the Buffet and the food was good, with lots of options. Good amount of drinks stops

-: It all inclusive, but there are way too many things you need to pay for on top which doesn’t make it all inclusive. Some shows are another $10-12, obviously the extra restaurants encourage you to purchase bottles of wine at extra cost, that’s if you can even get a reservation! They held a foam party at the pool near us, but you could only stay if you purchased bottle service which was not advertised, it was a bit of a slap in the face for an all inclusive resort. The food truck food was nearly always coming out cold… which was surprising! Some cocktails are good and some are awful so you just need to try to find what’s worth it. The shuttle to the rooms needs to be clearer and run more often. We were put at the far end of the resort with a young child , at the opposite end to the kids pool.

+: The food was good - buffet and the 2 restaurants we tried. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and so well kept. Enjoyed the wildlife on the property. Iguanas, coatis, agouti, all made the time more fun. Appreciated the great air conditioning in our hotel rooms. It was hot while we were there.

-: We all (11 of us) found the surface floors and tiles to be very slippery and a bit scary. Several of us slippedfell while walking around the resort - around the pools, or hotel rooms, in the buffet. I don’t know why but it was definitely a negative factor for us.
