+: The staff was very attentive. Especially Roberto, Liliana and Gabino. Restaurants on property exceeded expectations, especially the Oriental restaurant.
-: The staff who work on the timeshare side. Don't fall for their "gifts". Also, they needed some type of host for pool activities. I would see that there were activities scheduled for certain hours but nobody to remind or encourage us.
