+: you feel really close to nature, as it is in a natural reserve. perfect for kids with playgrounds and lots of safe places to explore inside the hotel garden.great breakfast and overall value for money

-: a bit hard to reach and find, especially at night.bathroom and toilet are not closed off, just separated with squeaky saloon-type doors

+: The photos looked nice.

-: The directions and address on booking.com are incorrect. Good luck finding it. We tried and ended up going down a dirt road full of crater-sized potholes that ended at some abandoned chicken farm or junkyard. Wish we could have stayed 🤨. Tried calling and left messages but never got a response.

+: Einfache, aber saubere und mit allem wirklich nötigen ausgestatte Zimmer. Auch die Betten sind bequem. Die Anlage ist eine grüne Dschungeloase am Rande von Cancun. Das sehr weitläufige Gelände lädt zum Chillen und zu Spaziergängen ein und der Pool ist großartig.

+: La gentillesse du personnel , malgré notre arrivée tardive nous avons eu un repas chaud servi dans la chambre ,la beauté du site en pleine forêt en si sentait en sécurité .

-: Accessibilité compliqué il faut rentrer dans un parc ,il faut arriver proche du poste de police au milieu de la route chercher l'entrée du parc el Ramonal il y a un gardien qui vous ouvre la grille et prendre a votre droite après vous compter le 3 ème chemin a votre droite il y a un muret a chaque entrée de chemin vous faite 100 mètre dans la forêt et vous êtes arrivé.21°06′40.79″N 86°57′54.33″W
