+: La gente del restaurante dentro del hotel era amable y solicita También destaco la limpieza del hotel , estaba muy aseado.

-: El personal era muy antipático, nunca ayudaban en nada , les pedimos poner en la heladera una noche fiambre dijeron que no podían poner nada de otros en la heladera , pedimos una noche un cuchillo nos dijeron que no tenían. Contestaban muy mal. El hotel era antiguo

+: La limpieza

-: No disponían de nevera , el agua de la ducha salía fría y no nos dejaron acceder a la habitación antes de las 3 estando disponible

-: They don’t clean the beds or even whole bedrooms, even bathrooms! First one of the drainages (the shower one) was not absorbing the water! They changed us of bedroom but the another one was full of mosquitoes and dirty they don’t do the sheets! The location is very bad, far from the center where there are stores and everything and it is even dangerous, I was with my mom and we were scared of even think about going out. Also have like a mafia with the taxis of the city, they ask for unfair amounts of money for rides and if you ask for your own taxi service they stalk you and any person that goes for you to give you a ride! I asked for my own ride and they attacked the driver! I needed to stay in there because I paid first and I couldn’t cancel but it was the worst experience I have had in a hotel. Unfortunately I just took a picture of the problem in the shower but I hope other people can show more

+: Proche de l’aéroport Idéal pour une nuit Le personnel accueillant et gentil

+: La proximité de Puerto Juarez pour prendre le ferry pour aller à Isla Mujeres.La propreté et le confort de la chambre climatisée, rénovée.

-: La douche à l’eau froide.La mauvaise évacuation de l’eau.La piscine non utilisable car trop sale.Un peu isolé, pas très rassurant de se balader dans les rues le soir.
