-: We originally booked this hotel but upon arrival (at night, in the dark), we were informed that the hotel was closed and we had to move to the hotel across the street. Which was no issue for us but it would have been nice to be informed upfront. We also got different reasonings why it was closed. One staff member said it was due to maintenance. The other staff member said it was cause the hotel only had 1 booking for that night.

+: Located next to the Uxmal ruins. Only a three minute walk to the entrance. The pools were nice. Easy parking. Note: When we booked, we thought we were staying at the Hacienda Uxmal Plantation and Museum. We were actually put in the Uxmal Lodge which must be a sister hotel. That was fine, because the Uxmal Lodge is closer to the ruins. It makes the reviews confusing though, as some are for the Lodge and some are for the Hacienda which I think is the more upscale hotel.
-: Never stayed in a hotel before where you had to pay for a cup of coffee. The coffee cost 50 pesos and you had to walk to the restaurant to get it. The worst part was that the coffee was awful. For the sake of our marriage, coffee is must for my wife in the morning! Wifi wasn't working for the two days we were there. So check ahead if you need to work remote. Also, didn't appreciate being approached as we were sitting outside of our hotel room and asked whether we were guests just because we didn't order breakfast. Towels need to be replaced.

+: El hotel es un casco de haciendo antiguo espectacular con un toque de aventura que nos encanto, esta justo a lado del planetario y frente a las zona arqueológica de Uxmal. El recorrido en sus Land Rover vintage esta de sueño, la mayoría del personal muy amable y servicial. La comida del hotel es MUY BUENA, Bersain El Gerente es un tipo muy amable y atento, el Guia de los recorridos por la hacienda y hacia el mirador Luis, es un tipo de lo mas de agradable y amable. No se pueden perder el recorrido por la zona arqueológica
-: Al llegar al hotel tuvimos un par de contratiempos con la persona de recepción, pero el Gerente y el resto del personal con toda su amabilidad hicieron que se nos olvidara. El restaurante que esta saliendo de la zona arqueológica no lo recomiendo para nada, a pesar de que son de la misma cadena pero la comida y el servicio no es nada agradable.

+: Hacienda très agréable. A côté du site uxmal et de choco story. Grande chambre avec grande salle de bains. Café à disposition dans la chambre ( avec cafetière ) et des produits locaux ( savons…) et un petit frigo. Piscine super.

+: Hôtel situé à 5 min du site archéologique de Uxmal et du Musée du Chocolat, basé sur une ancienne hacienda situé dans un grand parc arboré et disposant de 2 piscines (une n'était pas en fonction lors de notre séjour mais la grande piscine principale fonctionnait et répondait à nos attentes). Très beau hall qui reflète l'histoire de ce lieu ancien ou on peut découvrir les hôtes royaux qui ont fréquenté les lieux au fil des années. Très bon rapport qualité prix
-: Il n'y a qu'un restaurant affilié à l'hôtel et situé à quelques minutes : Le soir, les prix sont exorbitants ! (en moyenne 35 à 45 € plat) : ils profitent d'une offre de restauration très réduite pour appliquer ces tarifs et c'est dommage d'avoir cette approche compte tenu du très bon rapport qualité prix de la chambre (115€ pour 4 personnes en avril 2024).
