+: The hotel is very well located, on a quiet street close to the center. Walking distance to a lot of nice places and cozy streets. All of the staff is excellent - very friendly and helpful. There is a nice terrace on the roof with a gym and lounge area.
-: The room we got had a window that won't open, so there was absolutely no ventilation in the room, and it was hard to stay there because of the stale air. Air conditioning did not help much. We woke up with terrible headaches every day and even had to leave the entrance door open to get at least some air into the room. The breakfast was very poor and actually bad - except for the eggs to order (they were freshly made). There was very poor choice of everything else, the bread and buns were old and stale (wow). It'a a shame for a well-known hotel chain to offer such lousy breakfast. Even though we paid for a room with breakfast in advance (it was a mistake), we had to go have breakfast elsewhere - luckily, there are nice places nearby that start working early. If you want to stay here, skip the breakfast option (not worth it at all) and make sure your room has windows that open.

+: La ubicación y el desayuno, ambos muy buenos
-: Que la noche que llegamos, la persona de recepción nos indicó que el desayuno no estaba incluido, lo anterior se me hizo raro, pues tenemos membresía de IHG y ellos siempre incluyen el desayuno, esto no lo pude verificar hasta el días siguiente por la tarde, pero para ese entonces ya había pagado un desayuno fuera del hotel. La segunda cosa mala del hotel, es que no tiene elevador de la calle al loby, mismo que esta en el primer piso.

+: Very comfortable bed, shower was nice and the staff was nice
-: The room felt very cramped and has no harmony, one of the windows was covered by a wall for renovations, the tv is in an awkward position, as it will be partially covered by a pillar no matter from where you try to watch it from. It was also pretty expensive.

+: Es un hotel 3 estrellas, muy bien ubicado ya que está a pocas cuadras de Estación Hamburgo (Metrobus), cerca de los lugares más interesantes de CDMX . Barrio muy tranquilo y seguro. Hotel muy tranquilo, limpio, confortable y desayuno adecuado.
-: Es un excelente hotel de TRES ESTRELLAS y uno debe tener claro lo que es un hotel de tres estrellas. No tengo quejas.
