+: Beautiful resort with great pools and beautiful beach. Pictures online are great and true, breathtaking in reality. The king-size bed, bedding, and pillows were very comfortable. Pharmacy, mini mart, and shopping stores beautifully blended into the resort. Tons of food choices, kind staff. The shows were exciting. Good for the family. Walking distance to Xcaret Park.
-: Everything was great-Just a suggestion. It's large and difficult to find room and restaurants. Resort can use QR codes throughout for the map until you figure out the layout.

+: Es el hotel donde hicimos nuestra luna de miel y hemos repetido de nuevo. Sigue todo igual, es un muy buen hotel, COMIDAS ricas y variadas, habitaciones cómodas e instalaciones muy bonitas

+: Todo, el lugar es bellísimo, el contacto con la naturaleza, las habitaciones, las vistas, todo es genial... sumamente recomendable
-: Se siente un poco de presión qué te obligan a dar un recorrido con el completo para que te unas a su agencia, como una especie de tiempo compartido, la verdad te quitan muchas horas por quererte vender el servicio.

-: Apagones de luz pero el tiempo de espera en regresar fue poco rápido prendió la planta, agua sucia en lavamanos y bañera por unos segundos cuando se habría luego salía limpia, nos informaron que fue un tubo roto.
