+: High quality facility and hotel. Nice pool area and entertainment staff were great. Food was better than most all inclusives.
-: We were overcharged on our final bill and tried to contact the hotel to correct the errors but they were difficult to contact and unresponsive in addressing the overbilling issues.

-: Room service needs LOTS of improvement. It sucks. I was there 4 nights and not one day did they get any of our room service order correct. Even after trying to correct , it was wrong. This happened in room service foe 2 different rooms and I also.heard other guest talking about it.

+: Sensationelle Architektur, superschönes Zimmer mit Vorraum, dadurch schallgeschützt. Buffetrestaurant, Frühstück mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Qualitativ hochwertige Lebensmittel. Das japanische Restaurant ist auch gut. Das mexikanische mit Vorsicht zu genießen. Teilweise super scharf! Sehr aufmerksames Personal, das tatsächlich Englisch spricht. Wünsche nach Getränken für die Minibar, Handtüchern, oder was immer einem fehlt, werden umgehend erfüllt.
-: Das Meer direkt vor dem Hotel war sehr unruhig. Weiter links ging es deutlich flacher ins Wasser und die Brandung war nicht so stark. Leider ist dazwischen ein Verleih für Jetski, Kanus und Ähnliches. Die Betreiber verscheuchen die Leute aus diesem Bereich und man muss einen kleinen Bogen am Strand entlang laufen. Es gibt leider keinen Barbereich im Freien. Aber das ist wirklich Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

-: The location is not the best. It is about 30 min from Playa del Carmen and more or less the same from Cancun. They could also provide more details about the activities available (like kayaking, snorkeling etc).

+: Todas las comidas y los restaurantes son excelentes. Pasamos año nuevo ahí y fue espectacular, una producción realmente increible. La gente es muy amable en todo momento. Todo lindo, todo limpio, todo funciona! El Wifi está al 100% hasta en la playa!

-: un área de mejora ya son los baños de los cuartos, el azulejo ya es viejo y acabado así como los espejos. El trato para los extranjeros es súper diferente con nosotros los mexicanos. deberían hacernos sentir mejor.
