+: Everything since the moment we saw first person Francesco from hotel, it was a wonderful stay, everything we needed was done in a moment, room was nice and really clean, pool after hot day was refreshing, bar and restaurant perfect.

+: Well located hotel.The staff at the front desk was very helpful (day & night shift).We were offered a free late check out, as we checked in very late on the first day of arrival.
-: We had a quite unpleasant incident at the hotel. We were almost the only guests at the hotel, which is unusual and supposed to be a good thing. My sister went to the swimming pool alone, there was no one else at the pool and 5 male staff members stayed around her supposedly cleaning the area … she felt very uncomfortable as they were checking her out while she was trying to enjoy the pool and sun.The situation lasted for over an hour. She covered herself up, texted me to come down as she no longer felt safe. As soon as I arrived, all staff members left the pool at once, which felt even more suspicious.We reported this incident to the front desk who was surprised (but did not apologize) and they mentioned they will speak and ask the staff to be more respectful and mindful in the future.

+: Magnifique hôtel avec sa décoration dans le style de l’époque. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables.La situation de l’hôtel est parfaite et le service de voituriers très agréable. Nous avons pu profiter de Mérida que nous avons beaucoup aimé !
