-: They are in the middle of a renovation. All day drilling, hammering and loud music from the builders. Could not check out earlier because I completely paid the bill and they did not want to give me a refund. Last couple days I checked out to stay my remaining time in Mexico City in a different hotel.

-: Let me know in advance that there was construction just by my window. I've would have stayed somewhere else. Also, the towels were old and had holes. Breakfast was advertised as included, but it was just a lady in a counter making coffee (very good coffee) and some bread. There was only one tiny table and chairs. We did not have water one morning.

-: The photos don’t match the actual property, the building was under construction there was a lot of dust everywhere, hard to breathe. Towels weren’t good. No trashcan, broken glass inside the room, not a good overall experience, Booking didn’t help at all. I contacted the costumer service, I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes, then they sent me an email, letting me know that I should speak directly to the property management, really bad costumer experience.The staff was nice and tried to solve the problem, with the resources they had. But really disappointed with booking on this one.

+: La ubicación es muy buena para la actividad que teníamos planeada y la atención del personal es muy cálida y atenta
-: Está en plena remodelación y nos asignaron un cuarto a medias. Tubos de aire acondicionado e instalaciones visibles, habitación sucia llena de polvo. La regadera muy incómoda
