+: Very clean, organized, and well-kept. Service was exceptional and staff were very professional and addressed inquiries immediately.
-: Too many marketers that blend among the hotel staff. It was a little tough navigating the lobby or sleeping in the first days as individuals would approach or call our room promoting different programs and add-ons.

-: Da qualidade das músicas e da altura. Logo cedo já tocavam músicas eletrônicas, e as caixinhas de som também estavam ruins. Tudo isso não favorecia o descanso.

+: The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, the rain shower was very nice. The breakfast buffet was good and had many options each day. Also the mexican feria in the evening was very nice and had good food. The pool design is also very well thought out. The teppanyaki at Tempest was fun.
-: The food was not good at the Lola restaurant and it was okay at the snack bar. The italian restaurant feels more like a food hall at a high school. The cocktails were not good either. Sometimes the waiters were too slow, they would say they are coming to take the order or to fetch something and then they disappeared and came back 20 minutes later. Not a 5 star service. Some of the other staff were not that polite or provide a 5 star service, such as in the check out. We gave them the keys of the room, and all they said was: “thats all.” No thank you or follow up about how our stay was.

+: La habitación con el swim up, La ubicación. El room service. La atención del sommelier y de las hostess. Ante una solicitud actúan rápido.
-: La calidad de las bebidas podría ser mejor. En algunos bares había y en otros no ciertas marcas. Faltan ventiladores en el lobby bar. Y en el sport bar la atención es muy mala.
