Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun is a AAA's 5 Diamond Award Winner property with 13 outdoor pools, 6 à la carte gourmet restaurants, a buffet restaurant, a Coco Café, a Barefoot Grill and a Preferred Beach Club exclusive for Preferred Club guests. Restaurants that request dress code casual elegance are Bordeaux, El Patio, Himitsu, Oceana, Portofino, Seaside Grill and World Café. Dress code casual elegance – Long pants required for men. No sleeveless shirts or flip-flops. Sneakers/ tennis shoes or dress sandals, dress shirts with short sleeves or collared shirts. Himitsu, there are three teppanyaki tables available (must request in advance with Concierge). It also offers a wide variety of on-site activities like yoga and scuba lessons. Featuring hot tubs, furnished terraces, and minibars, the suites at this adult-only have flat-screen cable TV. The marble bathrooms provide toiletries, bathrobes and a hairdryer. +: I loved the Service especially the personal concierges Emmanuel and Roger! They really go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Brandon and Henry also took very good care of us! Our room was not as.cool as we would like so they moved us to a cooler room and gave me an extra bottle of Champagne.
-: The immediate sales pitch of Hyatt’s Unlimited Vacation Club upon arrival. It would be better to ask the guests about it a day or two into the vacation.

+: Dress code for the restaurants , what you can and can't wear is not always obvious and not displayed in print before entering. Long Pants vs Shorts. short sleeve vs no sleeve. Nowhere in the resort documentation mentions and dress code other that the word casual...... Shorts are casual correct ????

-: ניקוי החדר ברמה היומית היה קצת מאכזב, השאירו שערות במקלחת וכל מיני קטנת כאלה.המזגן והטלפונים בחדר הפסיקו לעבוד ב 12 בלילה כך שלא יכולנו להתקשר אליהם שיבואו לתקן ונאלצנו לחכות לבוקר ואתהטלפונים לא סידרו בכל התקופה שהיינו שם. שכנעו אותנו להגיע למצגת להצטרפות למועדון vip עם כל מיני הבטחות, בפועל זו עבודה בעיניים, מנסים לקחת מכם 180 דולר לשנה ואחרי זה ״משחילים״ לכם רק עוד 200,000 דולר חחחח ומבזבזים לכם יותר משעתיים מהחופשה ולא משנה כמה ניסינו להגיד שאנחנו לא מעוניינים הפעילו לחץ מוגזם ולא שיחררו מה שהשאיר לנו טעם רע מהחוויה

+: Beautiful room (junior suite), lovely pool areas, beach was gorgeous too. Amazing food, the a la carte restaurants were 5 star. Unlimited mini bar and jacuzzi in our room! All of the staff was so friendly and helpful.
-: The included wine could have been more premium based on the quality of the food, but that’s a personal preference. Everything else was incredible.
