+: Great location and friendly staff
-: The first night there was an awful smell in the bathroom so they moved us. The second night, the air conditioner didn’t cool the room so they moved us again. for the rest of our stay, the small air conditioner didn’t cool the whole room Also, there was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee pods

+: básicamente escogimos el hotel por la ubicación, excelente. La habitación muy regular aunque estaba bastante amplia el aire acondicionado no enfriaba y producía un ruido muy alto, el aseo muy mal y el servicio de toallas inexistente

+: infelizmente nao tive a oportunidade de tomar café porque nao estava incluso no valor pago( alto) porem o hotel e muito bonito e os funcionários muito bem preparados.

+: I have stayed in Stara several times before-- and all before the pandemic. The place is beautiful, the rooms are super spacious, and the location is excellent.
-: This is supposed to be a five star hotel. They don't have cable tv, they haven't solved the issue of their AC machines (which are portable units that are very loud), and this time, as opposed to previous occasions, the breakfast was a rather mediocre offering.
