Just 2 minutes from the ferry port for Isla Mujeres, this downtown Cancún hotel features a large outdoor pool with sun deck. Each air conditioned room at the Terracaribe Hotel Boutique is decorated in a Mediterranean style. Cable TV is available in every room. Terracaribe Hotel has a cafeteria with hours from 07:00 am to 11:00 am

-: La atención en la recepción muy mala con caras , la de la noche y la de la mañana.El único que es amable es el señor que está en la mañana en recepción.

+: Nothing was good, we only stayed 1 night out of the 5 we were supposed to stay because the musty smell is horrible, the sheets smell musty and the air conditioners don't work. We asked for a room change on 3 occasions and the last time we had to pay extra. The next day we had to leave the hotel and they did not want to give us a refund for the nights we did not sleep there. Booking was also not responsible for the refund and we lost around 500 dollars. DO NOT MAKE RESERVATIONS ON BOOKING BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SITUATIONS THAT MAY ARISE DURING THE STAYS AND WHICH ARE OUT OF YOUR HANDS AS CUSTOMERS.

+: El hotel cumplio con las expectativas por el precio que se cobro, nos atendieron muy bien, las instalaciones estan muy limpias
-: El hotel era como un oasis, pero el entorno no lo favorece, porque hay mucha basura, sobre todo en la Ave. Lopez Portillo, eso fue lo mas negativo, pero no es culpa del hotel obviamente.
