-: I did not receive a baby bed in either room we stayed at even though I specifically requested it. I had to ask multiple times and then the pack n play was a slightly broken. Facilities around explorean are very mosquitoe infested. They need fans and anti bug efforts. Also to welcome guests someone needs to explain facilities and the food better. It was confusing.

+: We loved the property because of its natural look. You felt super submersed in the nature and wildlife. The staff was beyond amazing and helpful. We enjoyed all the food that the property had to offer in the all inclusive package along with the romantic dinner package. The activities were fun and honestly we are excited to rebook again. Claudia and Alfonso were amazing to us all weekend
