+: Booking.com did not guarantee my rate after I verified with them the rate for children under 17 and also confirmed the rate directly with Wyndham Viva. When I arrived at the hotel we were overcharged by the hotel. I tried to call Booking multiple times to talk to someone directly with no result. I called Wyndham and the confirmed children are considered under 17 but since I booked our stay with Booking.com they had to rectify the situation . Due to a language barrier, being in a foreign country and unable to speak with someone at your company we had no choice but to pay the additional fee. Your customer support is HORRIBlE!! I was on hold for 30 minutes then disconnected . There was no chat option available either! Besides that the hotel staff was friendly.

-: We had daily problems with our room safe. This took hours away from our vacation since we had to wait for staff to open, fix and-break into it several times throughout each day. Finally after 4 days of this, they installed a new safe. Also, they should indicate there are no stairs!! My daughter had knee surgery and it was quite concerning watching her hobble up and down the stairs. Some of the stairs became slippery when wet.

+: Nothing, I would rate this hotel 2 star. Reviews misleading. I have traveled for over 40 years in Mexico and never stayed at a hotel this bad. So disappointed to have waste my hard earned money on staying here. The beach was good. The actual room was good, location backing to entertainment area keep us up every night.

-: I go to Mexico for the beach. To have no beach service at a resort on the beach is unexceptable. No one at check in told us we had to fetch our own water for our rooms. We had no water in our room 1st night and we had to ask, front desk who should have told us to get our own water, again a first. Put in rooms near evening stage, when I said I was concerned about noise at check in, the front desk person Marco said it would be quiet, a lie. Found staff unhelpful. No AC except rooms. Main dining a buffet with food below average, unbearable with no Air conditioning and the heat from warming stations.

-: La playa con sagazo, en la reserva decía habitación con vista a jardines y me asignaron una habitación con vista al estacionamiento

+: Lekker eten, vriendelijk personeel, mooie kamers.

-: de wifi op de kamer was zeer slecht. Bijan geen verbinding. Hebben dit aangehaald maar is een gekend probleem en hier kunnen ze weinig aan doen. Helaas was dit voor onze 2 tieners wel een tegenvaller.

+: Excelente todo, la ubicación, la atención del personal, el servicio de comida. Hermoso hotel, tranquilo y con una playa muy bonita y amplia.
