+: Lage des Hotels ist super; Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bars sowie der Strand sind fußläufig zu erreichen und trotzdem ist das Hotel so weit von der Hauptstraße abgelegen, dass es schön ruhig war. Zimmer selber auch sehr schön, groß und sehr sauber.Die Gastgeberin ist wirklich super lieb und hat uns immer weitergeholfen. Als wir am ersten Abend von einem Regenschauer überrascht wurden, hat sie uns direkt Handtücher gebracht und als am zweiten Tag kurz unsere Klimaanlage ausfiel, bestand sie sofort darauf, dass wir das Zimmer wechseln und wollte uns sogar noch den Roller für einen Tag kostenlos zur Verfügung stellen. Ingesamt wirklich ein schöner Urlaub und eine top Unterkunft. Gerne wieder!

+: Everything was very nice, the rooms are big and clean. Location is great, everything in Karon is very close by. Quite modern as well.The owner is super friendly and helpful. She was a delight.

-: Unfortunately there is no pool, but the beach is 5 min walk away.

+: Great location, kind and friendly hosts, very clean, quiet room, beach towels available, nice little common area, good value.

-: Bed a bit firm to my taste, could use a softer mattress topper (they might be available, I didn’t ask). Only a sheet on the bed for cover. I prefer something more substantial, even if just a heavier sheet cover that I’ve seen used in other guesthouses. Beach towels locked up. Consider issuing on arrival and exchanging as needed.

+: This is an extended stay, so am just adding to my previous review. Lots to like about this property and I enjoyed my stay.

-: I booked an upgrade to a larger room with a balcony for my second stay. I’m a light sleeper and construction nearby too noisy for my taste. I decided to cut my losses and remained in the smaller, quieter room I was already in.
