+: check in was quick and easy and the staff were friendly We got a free upgrade to 1 bedroom apartments which was much appreciated, the views are very nice and it is located 3 minutes drive away from sky gallery restaurant.

-: The only major set back was that ALL outlets were closed, the main restaurant, the lobby coffee shop and the pool bar. So when the kids want to pop downstairs and grab a drink or something to eat the best opetion is the nearest convenience store. I understand this is due to COVID and therefore a lack of customers also, but we should have been clearly informed in advance. However a nice breakfast was delivered to our rooms every morning!

+: The hotel did not live up to its name or reputation associated with its name. The flooring of the room was scuffed and the room was not visually appealing as far as cleanliness went. The room was not dirty however the fixturesfurnitureflooring was worn and outdated (not taken good care of). Which was disappointing because when thinking of the Amari I think of a more refined hotel. I did not feel as though I was in a hotel, even though I paid a pretty penny for the room. I had to ask multiple times for a toothbrush as they did not put one in the room. I also changed rooms because the curtain to the bedroom wouldn’t close properly in the first one.

-: *สบู่เหลวสำหรับอาบน้ำ ไม่พอและไม่สามารถขอเพิ่มได้เนื่องจากไม่มีแม่บ้านอยู่ในช่วงเย็น*ห้องพักยังไม่สะอาดเท่าที่ควร*จองห้องพักประเภทวิวทะเล แต่ได้รับห้องพักไม่ตรงกับมี่จอง
