+: The bottom pool
-: Waiting for shuttle to take us up to room. Walking up and down the stairs especially when we ordered takeout they wldnt let them come to room or bring our delivery we had to always walk down steep of stairs. It was pouring rain shuttle didn’t come so we had to walk few times They made us late to go airport to collect our bags after we told them 6hours prior to be there at certain time. then we were rushed to pay our bill cos taxi was waiting to take us airport . They said we didn’t have laundry bags in room and we did. Because we were late now I cldnt go thru the bill and dispute anything so we paid No aircon in lobby or walking to breakfast after dropping us off to breakfast we still had stairs to climb . The breakfast was not that great too.
