-: We booked good room but they gave substandard room upon complain they change room next daySo we paid extra money for cheaper room for one dayNo housekeeping no door mateSome times ac not working properlyShower gell removing lever broken. Hair dryer wire brokenIn gym not a single equipment working like Trademill. room door lock not in working conditionsThey didn't arrange drop and pick up from pattaya bus stopBut they maintaioned all above facilities to be provided

+: Nothing the staff where rude the rooms not ready could not find the booking even though we pre paid also trued to charge 400 baht for two pets for every day of our stay No booking it state “ maybe a Charge” for pets but we have a toy dox and a cat that never goes out So it’s not a maybe charge it’s mandatory charge very deceiving wording

+: Perfect place for time out if travel long time.

+: Basic accommodation but clean and tidy with helpful staff.

+: We really enjoyed our stay and look.forward to visiting again. Relaxing by the pool was especially good . Laundry service there was perfect. Room a good size comfortable and with good wifi.
