+: Location for families with baby or kids is perfect, just 10 minutes north of Pattaya, very quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They quickly accommodated for the baby's crib and it was free. Swimming pool is fantastic for the kids, but also other equipment such as the snooker. Breakfast was very generous, international standards.
-: To be honest, the beach has a lot more greenery than in Pattaya (central) which is perfect for a picnic without having to pay 100 baht for a sunbed in Pattaya, but also very quiet. The biggest problem is, probably because it's more quiet with less supervision and attention, the beach is a LOT LOT dirtier, with lots of plastic cups, food kits like foam bowls, and straws, and bags and even masks in the water and dog poops here and there. Air con compressor on the balcony is not so convenient on the floor, blowing burning hot air over the seats, which is unfortunate because the terrace is fantastic but impossible to enjoy if we turn the air conditioning on inside.

+: ทำเลดี หาดสะอาด ตอนเช้ามาเดินไม่กลัว เพราะเขาทำทางเดินออกกำลังกายยาวเลยตลอดทางเดินหาด มีคนมาออกกำลังกายกัน พนักงานบริการดี พักห้องชั้น8 วิวหลักล้านมาก โรงแรมเก่าแต่สะอาดมาก อาหารเช้าเพียงพอให้เยอะเลยนะ ราคานี้ ในห้องมีจานช้อน รองเท้าแตะเดินหาด
