+: amazining pools, best breakfast in Karon Beack

+: Its a good location. Walking distance to restaurants, 711 and beach

-: Its very tired. It needs a good refurbishment, or at least a thorough clean. The first room we were in was filthy. We moved to a second room and it was better, but not great.

-: Resort is in need of a major renovation. Leaking showers and shower heads. Mouldy finishes.

+: The location was great, and the room was rather lovely and well-equipped. It was within walking distance of the beach and restaurants etc.

-: The choice of breakfast was somewhat limited. There was little for gluten and dairy-free guests despite informing the hotel of my dietary. There were no activities at the hotel e.g. any classes or evening activities. Though I requested for the hotel to pick me up from the airport, that didn't happen.

+: Excellent location and swimming pool facilities!

-: Breakfast could be improved - fresh bread and fresh (not heated a number of times so hard) pastries are a must!

-: Signs could be clearer. Plus some entertainment in the evening

-: Room was dated. Only 4 hangers in room and one bath towel (we asked for another one and only after a reminder call it arrived) The blackout curtain on one side was not fitted and on the other side was coming apart. Bed and pillows were rock hard and uncomfortable. Thankfully, it was only a 2 night stay.

+: Everything about this hotel was great. We got upgraded to a bungalow with a jacuzzi which was beautiful. Great location, lovely complex and the gym had more than enough equipment. I would highly recommend.
